Is the pool open all year round?
Although heated during the summer season, the pool is accessible from May to September (weather permitting).
Can I eat at the restaurant if I am not a hotel guest?
Yes, our restaurant is open to all.
For hotel guests staying 3 nights or more, please inquire about booking half-board.

Do you have a self-service relaxation area?
Our relaxation area, including a sauna, gym, and outdoor spa, will be open to our guests starting in December 2025.
A supplement will be required for access.
If our arrival is after 9 p.m., how can we collect our card from reception?
Since the reception closes at 9 p.m., we have a security system in place for late arrivals.
If this is the case, please let us know so we can provide you with opening instructions.
For guests already staying at the hotel, you can open the front door at any time with your room card.
Are there shuttles to get to the resort?
Yes, we have shuttles that depart from the "Le Curtillard" bus stop to Pleynet - Les 7 Laux.
